We have added the full map functionallity with venue finder to the Web Based User Version (WBUV). Each Veune's unique URL still works and when Singers log out or are timed-out, we still provide the "reconnect" button. We removed the venue code page because a map is so much easier than trying to figure out Host codes (Our competitors use Host Codes and this has proven to be problematic). We updated the request screen in the WBUV to make the pitch change easier to understand. Plus we redesigned the screen to make everything fit much easier. More back-end updates to improve security and performance.

We created a new page dedicated to our "Songbook and Location" option. We have different tiers of subscription, and one of them is purely just an Online Songbook. It allows Hosts to put their Songbooks Online whilst still keeping their current manual requests. It will aslo add the event into our Venue Finder and give Singers better searching & saving functions that any other product. Find the page here - https://whatcanising.com/online-songbook.html

In the "Approved Requests" list, we recently added a "Go to Top" button that automatically scrolls you back to the top of the list and resets any placeholders. We've just released an update to this where you can now position the button wherever you want. Move it around on the screen until it sits where you want it.

We've updated the Kiosk allowing the Host additional choices on what "Singer Name" information is required. Hosts will be able to allow just a first name (Last Name optional), make a "last initial" compulsory, or force a "last name". If you go into the admin panel and click on the "eye" icon in the Actions column, you will see new options for the "Last Name" requirements for Kiosk users.

Host App - "Go To Top". A button has been added to the "Approved Requests" screen. Currently if you tap on a request or change the order, it will set a placeholder, remember you position, and jump back to that place whenever you return to the Approved screen. The "Go to Top" button will take you back to the top of the page and reset the placeholder - Click here for Video Demo

Improvement to "trim" any blank spaces at the end of account holder's name when created or edited. This will prevent any future errors.

For SongBoss users - WCIS can now Sync with the your library stored in SongBoss. With the click of a button, you can now update your Songbook in WCIS to match what's in your SongBoss catalogue.What's even better - we automatically remove duplicates when using the SongBoss sync. If you have the same song twice, we will only pull one. But if you have the same song by 2 different manufacturers (and this is entered into SongBoss correctly), we will pull both. This adds to our other automations where we can "message your singers when their turn is next" and haing limits on the number of requests a Singer can have in the queue and a few other features.

Another new feature (setting) has just been released. We already had the "maximum number of requests in the queue" setting. But we've added another choice/option to it. Hosts can now decide if the maximum is "per singer's name" or "per user". What does this mean? Example - Let's say the limit was one. Per Singer's name means that I can make one request for me, but I can also make a request for you (once) and I can make a duet request for me and somebody else. Each of those requests is a new "singer's name". If the new setting is turned on, it doesn't matter if I change my name or add a duet or do anything extra, my device can still only put one request into the queue at a time. Of course, once I have my turn, I can then add another request.

For hosts using this setting, we would recommend that you do not set the maximum to one. Making the maximim "two" means that at least they can put in one request for a friend. All apps remain the same. It is just an admin panel setting.

Update for tipping Hosts and Singers using PayPal. Improved wording and display for Duet Finder to reduce misunderstanding. Improved display for tipping another singer allowing onscreen keyboard to be minimised.

Web Based Host Version - It now receives notifications! It uses the notifications to trigger an auto refresh the same way the Host App does. Now you can get real time data without hitting the refresh button.

A new Request status has been added. When a Host removes the "you are next" notification, Singers will be notified that they have missed their turn and will be called again later. It will also be displayed in their requests list. Singers can now use PayPal to tip their Host providing the Host has this activated. This is in addition to card payments through stripe. This will be advantageous globally. Additional dialogue added for banning a User when a Duet Finder is used. Hosts will be bale to choose who is banned or select "Both".

Update to display a scroll down arrow on the login screen (for those who use larger fonts).

Duet finder has now been added. If you want to sing a Duet and you don't have a partner, you can initiate a Duet Finder. The App will message all other Singers at the event, and someone can choose to do the other part with you. Upon initiating a Duet Finder, the song will be locked out for 10 minutes where other Singers will only be able to join this specific Duet. After 10 minutes, a Singer can override the Duet Finder and choose the song for themselves. Update Host App to include support for the new "Duets Finder in the User's App. Requests made using the Duets Finder will include a badge to alert the Host. Ban User upgraded to accommodate the new Duets finder ensuring a Host can ban the correct person.

The Web Based User Version has had some tweaks. Firstly, it will also now show the button for "Host's Suggestions". Secondly, when a session is timed out, we are now displaying "Last Venue" with a "reconnect" button. That way they don't need the Venue code if they are returning to the same venue.

If the Host has pre-selected some songs, Singers will be able to browse through a "Host's Suggestions" list. An additional menu item will appear across the bottom of the screen. This is desigend to provide your Singers with some alternate suggestions to their usual choices.

Hosts can now "Message My Singers" using SMS. For quite a few months now, we have been collecting "permission to send". This was improtant to comply with GDPR laws. In the admin panel you will see a new menu item - SMS. Clicking on this will give you a few options to choose so you can refine who you message. Complete the process and it will send your Singers a text (from our generic number). Your number is secure and so is the Singer's.

New Search Bar design has been added. We've updated the way an apostrophe and accented letters are searched to provide more desired results - The App will see and ignore accented letters simutaneously (A search for Beyonce will find Beyoncé and vice-versa). Updated Facebook SDK ensuring future Facebook login access. Improvement to Dropdown boxes where location is not available. Improvement to tips where a Singer can tip a host without making a request. Singers can now see and leave reviews for each venue. Hosts can see reviews left by Singers. Improved notifications in relation to SongBoss integration - Hosts are now provided with a message advising them that Request Approvals are automated from within SongBoss when integrated. Updated manufacturers catalogues to include an option of using a list that is KaraFun specific. If you are a Karafun user, we automate the catalogue for you.

Major SongBoss upgrade - WCIS now integrates 2-way with requests. What this means - Managing your requests in SongBoss will auto approve requests in WCIS. It will also automatically "Notify next" for each singer. Plus When the song is complete, it will auto-delete from WCIS. The big advantage this means for Hosts - You can use our "Maximum number of requests in the queue" feature and it will be automated for you. You can use our "Notify next", plus our "Do not allow duplicate requests" automatically. It will automatically send a notification to the Singer when a request is approved. All of this will work though our App and Web-based systems. Plus it will prevent 2 people from using the same name.

Singers can now send a tip to the Host along with their Missing Song Request (more places where a tip can be added). Hosts now have the ability to restrict Missing Song Requests - they can now set a maximum daily limit for each singer. Workflow improvements. Improvement to search bar to make it more user friendly and intuitive. Update to wording when requests have been closed by the Host - it now says that the Host may reopen them if needed. When uploading song lists, Hosts can now choose column mapping when uploading a CSV of their catalogue (if their columns are in a different order to ours). Hosts can now use PayPal to purchase new subscriptions. We've added an improvement to statistics - Data is now displayed in real time. We also made some backend changes to allow for more features (that we are currently working on). In the Host App, Toast message improvements to display a more appropriate message for each situation. In songbook Management, there is now a bulk delete option.

Hosts - We have just released a brand new feature that many have been waiting for – Web Based User Version (WBUV). It looks just like the App but it’s web based. Singers don’t need to download anything and there is no login. Simply open your unique URL and they are ready to browse and submit. This means that you can now use WCIS completely App free. You can now have a dedicated URL or QR Code specific to YOUR venue. Singers can scan a QR code that takes them directly into your songbook - simply select and submit. The best part is that it is "cross platform". Out of town singers who might have found you because they are an App user can still use the App. Web, iOS or Android, it doesn't matter as they all talk to each-other.

Improvement to the map screen where multiple pins are available - There is a new message and information notifying Singers to swipe until they find the correct venue. Opt-in checkbox added where Singers can choose to receive future SMS messages from the host. Hosts can now "flag" songs. This can be used as a way to highlight certain songs. Hosts can also "delete all flagged songs" allowing for a bulk delete. Also contains a bug fix for “Singer Gone” - When it removes a song it will now re-opon theat song to be requested by another singer if Duplicate Requests are restricted.

Update added to the subscriptions purchase screen. We've added a filter. You can choose from subscription type, the length, and how many venues you'd like. Choosing any or all of the filters will only display options that meet your criteria.

New screen for venues where digital requests are turned off (“Show this screen to your Host”) creating an "Electronic Slip". Updated wording when a song search returns no results for clearer guidance. Improved flow for guest users accessing unique features. Added the ability to toggle between Search and Filter for quicker navigation. Hosts can now choose to prevent users from changing their "Singer's Name". Enhanced duet/group prompts (a "Duet" check box has been added) and fixed an issue with songs displaying in the wrong order. WCIS now integrates with OpenKJ. Once approved, all requests will automatically appear in OKJ. New button added in Host App – “Singer Gone”. Tapping the button will remove that Singer’s data (they may have gone home when requests were still in the queue). Many venue settings have been mirrored into the Host App meaning you no longer need to access the Admin Panel to adjust these settings.

Singers can "Expand all" on the Artist's screen. Bug fix for pins not displaying correctly when using "Today's Events". If Singers login from a prompt after using the "Skip login" it will take them back to where they were providing a better workflow.

Hosts can now see their Transaction History in chronological order - Approve, notify next, change the order etc. Hosts can now see Venue Stats from within the App - number of requests, returning singers etc. Timestamp now added to Missing Song Requests.

Ability to register your performance so other Singers can see where you will be performing and for you to find other nearby Singers. Ability to give and receive ratings for singers added – find your rating and register in the menu (top left). Ability to give and receive tips to/from other Singers. Ability to filter events to show “Today Only” or all events. Hosts have the ability to see a Singer’s rating if they have been rated previously. Update to allowable response time for a Missing song Request (more time added).

Update side menu theme for dark mode to improve readability in both Singer and Host Apps. Pin clustering when zoomed out on Map Screen on Host and Singer Apps (it will display a number showing the amount of pins in that area). Update to provide framework for Software integration WCIS now integrates with SongBoss, Virtual DJ, OpenKJ and Siglos. Improved map screen instructions. Screen display fix where some buttons were able to be hidden by bottom tool bar. Fix hyperlink issue in Host App (Add venue link) to point to the correct URL. Fix to the "Singer's List" - placeholder broken issue fixed. Notifications now being used to trigger auto-refresh when a new request comes in - this provides real time data. New additions alert - If a request is song that is new to the Host's songbook, you now get a yellow highlight in with the request telling you that it is a "Recent addition".

Singers can now change the order of their requests within the App. Fixed the bug of forgot password where if user has signed up using Apple or Facebook only and tries to tap on forgot password providing phone number it will no longer say the “User not found” and will say “Please login with Facebook” or “Please login with Apple” respectively. Improved the display of the Roulette Wheel stand for Dark mode. Improved the display of Karaoke Roulette when there are no spin choices available. Host App - Bug fix for when a Singer has been deleted from the Singer’s List and a new request is Auto Approved. The Singer will automatically be added back into the list. Added functionality to accommodate for when Singers change the order of their requests. Screens will now Auto refresh when host updates a request status to “notify next”. Screens will now Auto refresh when host attempts to delete a Request that has already been deleted on another device when the settings are in toast mode. Auto refresh of lists now occurs when a User changes the order their requests. Bug fix for Missing song request timings - it will now display longer. In the back end - We added a checkbox to the add/update individual song form - this will allow including or removing the song from the karaoke roulette list.

Karaoke Roulette feature has been added to the menu - Singers can spin a wheel to have a song chosen at random. Bug fix for search in Favourites List. Fix so that "Withdraw" button is not displayed on a declined request. Improved error display when tipping is compulsory, and payment has failed. Host App will include a badge with Roulette requests to alert them. If any action by the Host fails, it will now trigger an auto-refresh to ensure they have the most current data.

Modified tipping display. "Tip Your Host" checkbox has been added. Option added to increase interaction where the host can directly message a Singer asking them to come and see the Host - Hosts can tap on a "Please See Me" button. Improved display of on/off buttons - Wen a setting is off, the toggle/button will now turn red. The admin panel now contains an "Add to Cart" for purchasing subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription you will now be shown a screen that will display the details and provide you with some options. You will be able to "Save for later", "Create a new venue" and there will be an "Add to Existing Venue" button

Additional setting added allowing Singers to choose how their favourites list is displayed. Options are "Date Added" and "Alphabetical" order.

Additional text added in the case where a song search does not produce any results (or spelling is incorrect). They will now see "No results - either the song is not available or there is an error in your search". Auto approve option added (to the Host App) where all requests can be automatically approved as they are submitted. This feature is sync'd with the admin panel settings and in the Host App. Update to improve handling of Daylight Savings times. Timings will automatically update if the venue location commences or ends Daylight Savings. If Daylight Savings starts or ends during the show, the App will handle this appropriately. Hosts using 2 devices (eg - you have an assistant) have improved handling of deleted requests. If the request is deleted from one device, the other device will be notified if they attempt to delete it also.

Fixed issue logging out Kiosk

Increased font size showing how to scan the map for more venues. This update will also purge an outdated token that was causing a “null” error for some users.

This update includes a major back-end upgrade, with significant upgrades to existing features along with multiple new features.

• We’ve added 2 new venue types (Directory Only, Songbook + Pin). Directory will allow Hosts or venues to add the details of their events to our interactive map for free. Songbook + Pin will give you the Directory plus Singers can browse YOUR songbook. They can save favourites and tip the host - it will create an "electronic slip" that the Singer can show to the Host.
• Singers can now select their language in settings. Singers can choose to display the App in English, German, French or Spanish.
• The update features enhanced security (encryption occurs one step earlier). We now encrypt information within the App before it is transmitted, rather than during transmission.
• Improved handling of venues with disabled digital requests (it creates an electronic slip that Singers show to the Host). This is the same as the “Songbook + Pin” mentioned above. It removes the “Submit” button and provides them with instructions to approach the Host.
• Improved tipping options – Singers are now prompted to tip with a “Tip Your Host” checkbox. Hosts now have the option to make tipping compulsory. This is designed for locations where there is a “pay to sing” policy (Hawaii and Florida are good examples of where this can occur).
• Singers can log in before selecting a venue. This allows them to access several functions without having to select a venue first. It also prepares for a future feature release.
• Kiosk behaviour now supports multiple venues. Previously, each venue needed it’s own kiosk account. Now, one account can be used across multiple venues.
• We have changed how we handle duplicate requests (Duplicates are now based solely on Title and Artist and now ignore "notes". If the Host has the same song listed twice due to different makers, the App will treat them as the same song). Let’s say you have Zoom, Sunfly and PartyTyme versions of the same song. When one version is requested, the other versions now become a “Someone else has already requested this song”. Hosts can activate or deactivate this feature.
• Improved user account creation. We’ve made improvements to the screen layout and the process of signing up, logging in and even the Skip login/Guest user.
• There have been major upgrades to Songbook Management – We will create a separate entry for this due to the size of the upgrade.
• When a host adds an advertising image that will be displayed in the Singer’s App, it is no longer compulsory to include a linked URL.
• We have made numerous wording changes to help provide more clarity.
• The App now creates an “event” for each show. This means that all statistical data is attached to the event rather than to “timings” making it more accurate and usable. This also reduces complexity in our code.
• In some countries a mobile/cell number will have a 0 at the start. When using a country code in front, the 0 is optional. This means that the database could be filled with some numbers including the 0 and some without. We have uniformed this so that if a 0 is added on signup, we automatically remove it. This makes our database is cleaner. It also prevents Users from creating 2 accounts with the one phone number.
• WCIS Admin can now edit details of venue locations. If a Host cannot provide an address that provides a correct pin location, we can manually change it. There could be a show in a huge parkland and the Host would want the pin to direct Singers to the right location. We can now edit the pin. Some countries also have locations that are not represented correctly in Google maps (Cypress and the UK are 2 good examples). We can override and correct this now.
• We have added extra buttons so that Hosts can create new venues in the admin panel without having to go specifically into Venue Management.
• We have created a Web-Based Host version (WBHV). This works exactly the same way is the Host App but is web based. This means Hosts can manage their requests from the same PC they are using to run their hosting software. This WBHV also contains several “copy to clipboard” options to eliminate the need for any typing. As it connects to the same database, the App and WBHV can be used simultaneously. Processing requests on one platform will update the other.
• We change the show/hide password behaviour in the Apps. Previously you would see the password and have the ability to hide it. We swapped it so that it hides the password and you can show it. Instead of show/hide, it is now hide/show.
• In both Apps (Singer and Host), we have made the menu 2 columns and added better icons. This provides a cleaner user experience and provides more space for future features.
• The Host app now contains the ability to remember the place in the Approved list. It is not uncommon for a Host to have say 50 requests in their Approved list. If a Host interacts with one of these requests, it would be difficult to find where you were in the list. So we added a “remember my place”. After the interaction occurs, when the screen is changed or refreshed, the app will automatically scroll back to that place for you.
• The search bar in the Singer’s App has been increased in size to make it more obvious and easier to find.
• If a Singer taps on a “Unique User” function while using a kiosk, they will now be displayed a QR code and information on how to get the App (so they can access the desired feature). As an example, a kiosk cannot have “favourites” saved. As it is a shared account, a favourites list is irrelevant. Attempting to add or access Favourites from a kiosk will provide the new pop-up. The QR code displayed will detect their device and automatically point them to the correct store to get the App. This is the same for a couple of other Unique User functions.
• We have added a highly visible warning for someone wanting to “Skip login” and be a Guest User. Several functions are not available for a guest user (Favourites is a good example as they need to be attached to an “account”). Hosts have the ability to decide if a Guest User can submit requests and to be included in random draws. The warning will tell Singers that they could miss out on these functions and requests.
• There is a number of changes that allow WCIS Admin to manage backend data. We can now manually change the end date of a subscription or control free trials better. There are also changes to reduce the chances of abuse of things like free trials. We can also see more details and have more control over venue change details. We are very mindful of ensuring WCIS maintains a high level of integrity. As a result, we monitor any changes for appropriateness. We now have better maintenance of App version numbers and we are able to add Hosts logos if they require assistance.
• Adding the timings of events has been improved. We removed the 24 hour clock and introduce AM/PM. Many Hosts were missing the fact the 08:00 meant 8am. This change will eliminate that problem. We also added a “date picker”. If the Host has a “monthly” event or “fortnightly”, when they are adding their timings, they are no longer restricted to “weekly” only. They have the option to add multiple specific dates. This system allows them to choose both too. If the Host has a weekly event every Saturday plus a special event day, (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Diwali, Melbourne Cup day etc) they can have the App work on their weekly event plus on that special day combined. There is no need to create an extra “venue” because the App can handle both situations simultaneously.
• Currency conversion for purchasing subscription has been added. Hosts are no longer restricted to purchase in one specific currency. We have added the option for you to choose. We added things like US$, Euro and GBP.

This entry contains all of the information relating to the upgrades in “Songbook Management” that are included in our major backend upgrade.

• Improved Songbook upload. When you upload a CSV file of your catalogue, we will now process this in the background. This allows you to do other things rather than being stuck on the screen waiting for processing.
• Once we have processed your file, we will add all viable entries and then email you with a list if you have any entries that failed. In the past, we would reject the whole file if it contained invalid entries.
• Background processing means it does not matter what size the catalogue is. It doesn’t matter if your catalogue is 10,000 or 100,000 or 1,000,000 or even more – WCIS is actually built to handle any size of catalogue.
• The process for editing a song has changed. When you click on the edit button, you will now be presented with a pop-up edit screen. This means that when you have finished editing, the whole screen does not need to refresh. It will keep your place in the songbook so you no longer need to find where you were up to.
• Hosts can now export a copy of their Songbook in CSV format.
• Duplicate prevention – When a new file is uploaded to an existing songbook, there is a new check box “Do not add song if already exists in the songbook”. Checking this box will stop a second entry if the file contains a song that already exists.
• Songbook upload header removal. If the file being uploaded contains a header row, you can simply check a new option “My file contains a header row”. The system will ignore the first row of the file.
• Add songs individually. If you only have one or two songs to add, you do not need to create a CSV file, there is now an option to enter songs individually.
• Manufacturer’s catalogues. We have copied the details of several different manufacturers. If you do not have a catalogue or your file is too messy, you can use our preloaded catalogue instead. You can also use a combination of our catalogue” and add it to your own file.
• We have added more options to choose your songbook. In Venue management, there is now ways to quickly switch between songbooks and manufacturer’s catalogues.
• We have added a “last updated” date stamp to Songbook management so you can easily see when it was last updated.
• More data and statistics have been added to the Songbook management. Hosts can now see the date they added a song, how many times it has been requested and the last date it was requested. These columns can be sorted so you can quickly see your top songs for example. You can see when a song was added and what other songs were added on the same day.

Improvement for Skip Login users. This update will allow them to access the login screen quicker if they decide they want their own account. Improvement to Search bar making the whole box active. You can now tap on anywhere within the box to activate the Search function. Bug fix for remember login on device. App will now log in after remembering credentials.

New sign-up and login screens to make it easier to navigate.

New menu layout allowing more space for future features. More prominent search bar to make it easier for singers to find. More information in Kiosk mode to show Singers where they can get their own copy of the App (including a scannable QR code). When a Singer decides to use "Skip Login", a better warning is provided to them explaining the disadvantages. Added menu to Map screen to allow for future features specifically for Singers, that will not require them to be at an active venue.

Update to Facebook login to comply with updated requirements.

Support for Portrait Upside Down orientation added. Swipe down to refresh available on all pages. Hoat App App will now remember your place in the Approved List - when you notify next or delete a request, it will take you back to the place you were at.

Improvement to map screen in Singer's App, including a refresh button if your phone doesn’t geolocate you correctly or load dropdown boxes before timing out.

Wording changes to Kiosk accounts to improve Name details provided by Singers.

Improvements to allow access for those who are worried about using their location. It will scan for location and if it is not available, it will provide access to dropdown boxes where Hosts and Singers can choose their venue manually

Improved font. More characters are now dynamic and will change size when the phone's settings are changed.

Added a “swipe down” to refresh the New Additions page. Updated Stripe SDK to allow tipping to continue. Improved visibility for adding payment card details. Improved dialogue boxes to notify User of a failed tip payment.

Extra buttons added to song detail screen allowing host to move a request all the way to the top, and another button to move all the way to the bottom. Improved functionality of the "move" buttons allowing faster changes of the order of requests. Singer's list improved to jump to the last opened Singer when a "notify next" or "delete" is completed.

Fix to acknowledgement screen to pause the timer when users are looking at advertising or sharing to Social Media. Extra notification for Kiosk accounts - If a Singer does not enter their name, the notification telling them it is required is now more prominent. Updated coding to provide greater performance.

Improved font for kiosk logout, whilst in dark mode.The font colour now changes to make it visible against the dark background.

Feature improvements. Improved menu visibility and increased font size. Improved "New Additions" screen. Bug fix of the progress indicator. Code improvements. Black screen bug fix during Tipping process.

Feature improvements. Acknowledgement pop-up screen now contains a timer. It will automatically close the pop-up when the timer runs out. Display of duplicate location improved. If 2 identical locations are added, tapping on a pin will now include a "swipe until you find the correct entry".

The App will now remember a Singer's preferred key change. If a Singer submits a request with a key change added, the App will remember this and automatically apply it next time the song is requested. The Singer can still override this if they choose. Kiosk logout in "Dark Mode" improved. Hosts can now move and Approved request back into the "New" list. "Allow Duplicate Requests" now attached to any request rather than just those in the Approved list - If a request has not been approved, it will still count to prevent it being requested a second time. Hosts can tap on a Singer's profile image from the Song Detail screen and see an enlarged display of their pic. When a request is approved or deleted, the app will now auto-refresh each screen instantly.

Hosts can now choose how notifications are displayed - a temporary Toast or a Pop-up. They can choose it they want the assistance of an "Are You Sure" protection when performing certain actions. The Singer's List will now keep a placeholder based on the most recent Singer that has been opened - a yellow highlight will be placed on the Singer's name.

Toast messages have been changed to pop-ups in the Singer's App to improve information provided to singers. Further improvements to Kiosk mode. "Singer's List" in Host App now expands and collapses to display all of the approved requests made by that singer. Venue name has been added to the menu so that Hosts can be sure they are logged into the correct location. Font size for Singer's name has been increased.

Changes to the Kiosk account behaviour to better represent a shared account. A password is now required to logout of a kiosk account. Share options have been removed along with external links. First and Last names will now be required to help identify singers when using a Kiosk account.

Hosts can now "accept all" requests in one batch. Hosts can now swipe right to approve requests as well. If an event is extended after it had previously ended, the Singer's List will now keep all existing data.

Singer's can now see their position in the queue if the host has enabled this feature. It will display "Queue position:" with a number. Feature improvement. When a request is withdrawn, it is now even more visible in the Host App and the request numbering system now accommodates for withdrawn requests. The request will turn red with a "Withdrawn" badge and the previous que position number will now be removed and the side bar will turn red.

Display of "time since request was made" has been expanded to include hours and minutes. This tells the Host how long the Singer has been waiting.

Home Screen has been changed to the map screen. Hosts can now choose to allow “Skip Login” Users to make requests (Guest account). This means that no login is required. Hosts can decide if a “Guest User" can be included in the Random Draw. Font colour of text in dropdown boxes has been changed to make it easier to read. “Skip login” Users can also submit tips - Ideal for our USA Hosts.

Hosts can now turn off Missing Song Requests. A numbering system has been added to "Approved Requests". This is a dynamic number that will keep a count of requests within the list.

"Singers List" added. This is an automated rotation management tool. On this page, requests will be grouped by singer. When a request is made later in the even, it will be grouped with any previous requests. A personaly tally is also displayed - it will show the number of requests in the queue plus the number of requests they have completed. If the Singer has no requests in the queue or completed, the "zero' will be highlighted in red to make it more obvious. Button position improved - spacing improved to reduce accidental tapping. Hosts can now change the order of "New Requests".

One off subscription added. This is designed for single event parties. Examples would be Weddings, Corporate functions or Private parties. "My Requests" removed from the kiosk menu. As a kiosk is a shared account, we do not want Users to be able to Withdraw other patrons requests or change the order or requests. Other Feature improvements.

Updated Facebook authentication. Improved notifications and badges.

Singers can now tip their Host. They can send a tip when they make a request, or just send a tip on its own. Whilst this is targeted mainly towards our American market, it will have impacts in all other countries.

The kiosk account will now automatically clear the search field after use. This presents a fresh unfiltered catalogue to the next person using the kiosk. Hosts can now undo the notification sent to a singer to say they are next.

Hosts can now use a "Random Draw" function to draw out Singer's names from the list of Approved Requests. Hosts have several choices as to how the draw behaves - including how many entries each person can have, and how many times their name can be drawn. This version is a completely new rebuild – faster and more reliable with many more features. Modern design with a focus on Ease of Use and User Experience. No outdated clunky websites that are difficult to use like all of our competitors. Singers can now see more information about events. They can add (and remove) their name to an events list. Singers can view a list of venues in order of closest to them ("List View" along with map view). Users and Hosts are able to choose between dark or light mode. More information can be communicated between the Singer and Host - Hosts can "buzz the crowd". Tapping on the venue details will Give Singers an option to "find directions" using Google Maps - we can show them how to get there. The App will now display dates and times of events including what time requests are opened. Singers can now send the Host a "Missing Song Request" if there is something they don't have. Hosts can customise the App including Company name and logo. Hosts can choose to ban and un-ban Users. Hosts can manually override the opening times and close requests early if they are full. They can also re-open if needed.

Singers can now skip login. Skipping login will allow the user to view details of venues, and to view and search songbooks.

Additional “Forgot Password” options added. Additional login methods added. Additional user experience improvements. More User account editing and linking options added. Singers can now link login with Email, Facebook or Apple Id or any combination

Singers can now withdraw a request. If they change their mind or want to leave, they can now simply remove any/all of their requests from the list. Hosts will be notified that a request has been withdrawn and they will be able to adjust their rotation accordingly.

Users are able to use the App with location services disabled. It is worth noting that disabling location services will make some features unavailable (example - "directions on how to get there").

Tapping on a pin on the mapping screen now provides two options. The first option allows the user to view the songbook for the venue. The second option opens a mapping App and provides directions to the venue.

A special login can now be created that makes the User app behave in a kiosk-style format. Hosts can now see more information about who has made a request - it will provide the account holder's details along with who is singing (Designed for situations where a User will make a request for thier friend). Hosts can see if there are pending requests much easier.

Bug fixes. Users can now see a history of their requests. Users can now perform a "fuzzy search" by using both Title & Artist and also part words. A search for "The Way You" or "You Make me Feel" or "Jackson" or "Make Me Michael" or "Jack Feel" or even "ake hael ou son" will all find the song "The Way You Make Me Feel" by Michael Jackson. You don't need to know the full title, you only need to get part of it right and WCIS will do the rest.

Singers can now see the last 100 songs that a Host has added to their songbook (this list is automated based on what the Host has added and when). Singers can also add and remove songs from a Favourites list. They can also submit a request directly from the New Additions list or their Favourites list.

Users now have the ability to ask the Host to get a new song for them (via a Missing Song Requests menu). More characters will now display in song titles. Hosts now have a better songbook management system - One Songbook can be used across multiple venues. This means that when you update a songbook, it will update for all venues that this songbook is attached to. Hosts can save a bank of songbooks and switch when needed. This allows special event songbooks to be created and stored (Halloween, Chrismas, 80's night etc).

Automatic Venue logout implemented and Performance improved. Singers and Hosts now have a session end timer. This automatically logs out to prevent them from accidentally being logged into yesterday's venue.

Singers can now edit their profile including name, profile pic, and login methods. Pagination has been added. This means high speed loading of pages. Start browsing within moments. of opening the App.

WCIS has been made to be available in 195 different countries. Once a Host adds their events, the App will automatically update the dropdown/search boxes to include any county, state or city details.
